At The ARK, young people ages 5–24 gain entrepreneurial education, workforce development, financial literacy, and real-world experience. In our Be Entrepreneurial workforce program, youth 15–24 combine career readiness with entrepreneurial principles, preparing to succeed in traditional workplaces or as intrapreneurs.

By pairing that with mentoring, and by working on the things that hold a neighborhood back — poverty, food insecurity — The ARK opens a route into work for all participants. Support from donors expands transportation access, provides critical resources, and funds student-led ventures — fostering growth and opportunity for tomorrow's leaders.
